A blast occurred in the factory during the manufacturing of plastic granules from cigarette lighter scrap, resulting in injury to six people. Two of them died at spot.
An explosion occurred within the confines of a factory situated in Bawana, Delhi on September 20th, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m. The incident transpired during the grinding process of plastic waste which contained a plastic cigarette lighter.Grinding of plastic waste in a grinding machine caused fire and explosion leading to the unfortunate loss of one life and injuries sustained by other five workers.
